Since 1993, the Schumann Singers have provided the Grand Junction, Colorado area with a wide variety of the greatest music written for choral voices. Under the direction of Merritt Schumann, James Werner, Norman Ashley, and Tyson Repke the quality and range of the choir has grown to a very high level. With Tyson's acceptance in the graduate program at the University of Denver, we are fortunate and excited to have Marcia Wieland now at the helm.
The Schumann Singers are pleased to have a dedicated and enthusiastic audience that enjoys the wonderful acoustics and instruments of the First United Methodist Church of Grand Junction.
